                      The solar inverter is a combination of power inverter and solar charge controller ,if you get this technology the same thing you can use for zero drop solar charge controller ,zero drop solar charge controller with auto mains cutoff ,power inverter individually .
you may  seen the posts of  "pure sine wave inverter technology for sale " and " zero drop solar charge controller" if you purchase them individually you can t do the production of solar inverter ,because the crusial wireing layout between solar charger and power inverter card will not present if you buy them individually .
if you buy this technology transfer you can get that wireing layout between the power inverter card and the solar charger .so can do production of all four products with single tech transfer.
In the solar inverter itself you can use it in two ways :
1) you can decrease the power invertr mains chargeing amperage value and use it in dual charging mode ,as you set your chargeing amperage very low ,the battery will be charged more through solar panel than ac mains .so,the power will be saved .
2) when the solar power is present ,the ac mains will be automatically stoped entering in to the inverter card ,then the battery will be charged through solar only and all appliances will run in inverter mode untill the solar power present.

  • when solar power is present it will stops charging from ac mains
  • when their is no solar power then only it will takes power from ac mains
  • The high voltage and low voltage cutoff s value s can be adjusted by software
  • clear information will be give that how to adjust the software values and how to load program in microcontroller
  • very small equpiment enough to do production and testing
  • Testing required a light case ,multi meter,10w solar panel and a cro (optional)
  • production requires a soldering rod,glue gun(cost 300 rs),microcontroller programmer(1500)
  • with the same technology transfer you can do production of solar charge controller also
  • led indication and lcd display both can be used solar reading indication

  3. hie amrit the solar inverter is combination of solar charge controller and a power inverter ..but the wireing layout setup will play a crucial role in it..if you purchase it you can do power inverter ,solar charger,solar inverter ...all three will combined in this technology transfer ....the data will be given for the manifactureing a 3 products individually ....you can use the solar inverter in two ways..

    1)you can keep very low charging amperage from mains ,so that you can use it as dual charging solar inverter(as the ac mains charging amperage is adjusted very low the power consumed is neglible).

    2)you can cut the ac mains completely when the solar power is present
